Apartment No. 3 is a spacious area of 70 m², designed on a single level (ground floor, level 0), and is suitable for up to 7 people. The entire apartment is equipped with a TV with internet access via Wi-Fi. The living room with a kitchenette includes an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer, washing machine, and a bathroom. Additionally, the apartment features a dishwasher. The bedrooms are separate, with one offering a spacious double bed, and the other two single beds. A notable feature is the larger bedroom with an area of 28 m², while the second bedroom has an area of 10 m².
In front of the apartment, there is a patio with a private relaxation area, equipped with seats and a table, perfect for grilling or enjoying meals outdoors.

- Reservation Conditions: check-in from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Booking: in July and August, 7-day stays are accepted; in other months, it is subject to agreement.
- Booking Method: within 3 days of making a phone or email reservation, please make a bank transfer. In the transfer title, provide your surname, address, and stay dates.
- Pets: accepted for an additional fee.
- Smoking: smoking is prohibited.
